Message Description Response
106 Paper Jam Jam in exit area. Open back cover and remove jammed
paper from the exit area.
107 Paper Jam Jam inside of duplex. Open duplex cover and remove jammed
paper from duplex feeder.
Replace Drum
Cartridge Replace drum cartridge. Replace the cartridge with a new one and
reset the drum cartridge counter to have
the message disappear.

- If you do not replace the cartridge,
quality problems may occur.
Drum Cartridge
Empty This drum cartridge is empty.
Replace cartridge. Device disabled.
Replace with a new drum cartridge.
Replace the cartridge with a new one and
reset the drum cartridge counter to have
the message disappear.
Insufficient Memory The original exceeds print capacity. Separate the original for printing.
Output Bin Full The output bin is full of paper. Move the printed paper to another place.

Wireless AP Available wireless APs are being
searched Wait until available wireless APs are found.
Connecting to
Wireless AP... The connection to the selected
wireless AP is being made. Wait until the connection is made
Wireless AP Not
Found No available wireless AP. Check the wireless AP.
If the wireless AP is normal, put it closer
to the device.
Wireless Connection
Failure Failed to connect to the wireless AP. Check the wireless AP you want to use.
If a password has been entered,
check that the password is correct.
Wi-Fi Connection
Failure Failed to connect to the wireless AP. Check the wireless AP you want to use.
If a password has been entered,
check that the password is correct.
Password Required Enter the password to the wireless
AP. Ask the network administrator for
the password for the wireless AP.
