SECTION 4: Adjustments

Counterbalance: FIT Station

WARNING

Do not over-rotate the counterbalance bolt. Once you feel a resistance, stop. Forcing the bolt

will damage the internal of the AHM and void the warranty.

WARNING

AHM back cover must be aligned with the counterbalance bolt and must be level.

NOTE: The height locking lever must be engaged while adjusting the counterbalance.

NOTE:

Only adjust if necessary. The counterbalance controls the total weight that can be mounted onto the IT

station and not the counterbalance at the VESA Head.

1. Once the monitor is securely installed, release the height locking lever and position the AHM arm to align the

opening in the cover with the counterbalance bolt. Tighten the locking lever again to lock the AHM arm (see

Figure 1).

2. With the height locking lever disengaged, if the FIT station is drifting downwards, slowly loosen the

counterbalance bolt, rotating counter-clockwise (Figure 2). If the FIT station is drifting upwards, slowly tighten

the counterbalance bolt, rotating clockwise.

3. Release the locking lever. If the arm has been correctly balanced, the arm will not drop or lift and it will remain

in the same position. Ensure the arm is balanced from the lowest to the highest position by checking in various

positions. Tighten the height locking lever with the arm at the desired position, once determined.

4. If the arm is not balanced correctly, please go back to step 2 and repeat.
