Learning Flow for Zones

1. In the main BaseManager interface, select the site and controller that you want to learn flow for.

a. From the list under the All tab on the left side of the map, click the site. The controllers assigned to that

site are listed below the site name.

b. Click the controller that you want to work with. A blue arrow displays next to the controller that is

selected.

2. Click the Programs tab. The list of programs for that controller display.
3. On the line for the program that you want to learn flow for, click the Action button.
4. Click the Learn Flow button. A pop-up box prompts you to enter the number of minutes to delay the learn flow

operation. This delay represents the time that it takes to fill the pipe and achieve a steady flow rate after a

valve change.

5. Click Ok.
6. Click the LiveView tab to view the results on the virtual controller screen.

Tips for Using Quick View

The Quick View page summarizes the status of the controller, its assigned devices, programs, and any alarms and

messages on a single page.

Select the site and controller first.
a. From the list under the All tab on the left side of the map, click the site. The controllers assigned to that

site are listed below the site name.

b. Click the controller that you want to work with. A blue arrow displays next to the controller that is

selected.

To display the page, click the Quick View tab.

In the grids, boxes representing programs and other devices show a color to indicate their status. Click the

Color Codes button in the upper-right corner of the BaseManager page to display the legend for the colors.

Use the following steps to delete controller alarms and messages from Quick View:
a. The alarms and messages display in a pane in the upper-right corner. If the pane is collapsed, click the blue

arrow to expand the pane.

b. If the controller has several alarms and messages, a scroll bar displays on the right side of the pane. Click

and drag the scroll box to view all of the alarms and messages.

c. Click the Delete button next to the message that you want to delete.
