Inversion:
Inversion enable means reverse polarity of the Y-axis.

Scaling:

Scaling enable means calculating the slope of the Y-axis as follows:

Slope Y

–axis = physically measured slope + differential offset Y- axis + offset

Y-axis

When scaling is disabled:

Slope Y

–axis = physically measured angle

Bit 0 = 1 inversion on
0 inversion off
Bit 1 = 1 scaling on

0 scaling off
