The CTS Saw models need regular, scheduled maintenance
for peak performance. Among the features that require main-
tenance are:
● Saw blades
● Blade mounting hardware
● Product guides
● The saw guard hardware
● Saw alignment
● Floor locks
● Shafts of optional slide rail system
● Electrical cables
● Control panel lights

M AINTENANCE
To maintain the best performance of the saw it must be
cleaned and inspected regularly. Maintenance includes a daily,
weekly, quarterly, and semi-annual (every 6 months) schedule.
Use this maintenance schedule as a guide. You may need to
shorten the time of the maintenance schedule, depending on
how often you use the saw, and the types of material flowing
through it.
Follow all precautions and warnings when working on the
equipment.
WARNING: Improper installation,
operation, or servicing may result in

This equipment should only be installed, adjust-
ed, and serviced by qualified technical person-
nel who are familiar with the construction, oper-
ation, and potential hazards of this type of
machine.
All wiring, disconnects, and fuses should be
installed by qualified electrical technicians in
accordance with electrical codes in your region.
