Credits, like payments, can be entered as single-item receipts or multi-
item receipts.
Rather than an Amount Paid box, the Credit form has a Credit Amount
box. A space is provided on the Credit form for recording a Memo of
up to ten characters. Other than these differences, the Credit form is the
same as the Payment form. See page 110 for information on handling
payments.
