122 Reporting
Click View to see the report on the screen.
At the top of the view report window is a row of function buttons.
View Window
The table below describes the function of each of these buttons.
View the first page of the report.
View the previous page of the report.
View the next page of the report.
View the last page of the report.
Stop allows the user to stop generation of the report.
Magnify/Condense view of the report.
Print the report.
To return to the Report Options window, select Reports from the
Reporting... pull-down menu.
