Storing Group Destinations
Group Dialing enables you to register several destinations in a one-touch speed
dialing key, so that you can dial a large group of numbers at one time. Destinations
must be registered for one-touch or coded speed dialing before you can register
them for group dialing.
Follow the procedure below to register a group of telephone numbers for group
dialing.
NOTE
• You can store up to 199 one-touch speed dialing and coded speed dialing destinations in
a single group.
• If you want to send documents to the destinations in the group at the same time every
day, you can also specify the send time.
