Option Flags

The Options field of the Identify command Status Block has the following
format:

RST Reset Jumper

- Indicates whether the SCSI bus will be reset at power-

up and when adapter is reset through the reset port.

0

SCSI bus will not be reset.

1

SCSI bus will be reset.

SCSI ID BITS SCSI ID of Adapter

- Indicates the current SCSI bus ID of

the RF3880 adapter.

0

Bit of ID not set.

1

Bit of ID set.

Day, Month, Year

These three fields, when combined, indicate the date (in hex) that the firmware
in the EPROM was compiled for production.

Firmware Number of Even EPROM

There is a set of two EPROMs on the board. This number is the Firmware
number of the EVEN EPROM.
