Enter. The Port field is highlighted.

7. In the Port field, select USR1, USR2, USR3, USR4, or NET1. (The list of accessible ports

for the MEP will be dynamically filled depending on configuration of the appropriate MA/
MEG.)

8. To accept the new Maintenance End Point settings, type A and press Enter. The

Maintenance End Point Attributes screen (Figure 11-21 for 802.1ag or Figure 11-22 for
Y.1731) opens.

9. To modify an attribute value, type the number of the attribute and press Enter, or press

Esc to return to the Maintenance End Point List screen.
