2. To enable or disable port-level policing, type 1 and press Enter. Press the Space bar to
select Enabled or Disabled.
3. To select a policer, type 2 and press Enter. Type a number between 1 and 4096 and
press Enter. Type zero (0) if there is no policer.
NOTE: A policer is automatically created when assigned to a policing unit, and deleted when it is
de-assigned. When policing is enabled at the port level, all lower level policing configuration
(EVC, EVC+PCP) is disabled.
4. To enter a bandwidth profile, type 3 and press Enter. Type a number between 1 and 4096
and press Enter.
5. Press Esc to return to the Port Policing screen.
