Press the Transmit Button (Remote Controller) and

then confirm that the time is displayed in the

Multi-Function Display of the VTR.

Press the Digital Scanner On/Off Button to turn it

“OFF”.

• if the transmission was not received correctly, the

“Beep-Beep, Beep-Beep” sound from the VTR will warn
you. In this case, perform transmission again.

• If the Remote Controller is left with no operation

performed for more than 4 minutes, it will automatically

switch over to the power-saving standby condition and
the lamp in the reading tip goes out. In this case, bar
codes that have already been read (but not yet
transmitted to the VTR) will be cancelled.

• The bar codes “SETTING OF THE CLOCK”, “YEAR”

and "MONTH” are located on page 3 of the

Programming Sheet.
