Error 11 Internal clock, power loss. Contact customer service.
Error 13 5V input voltage missing Contact customer service.

If several errors are pending, the one with the highest priority will be displayed.
8 .1 .1 Setting the printer baud rate
• Open compartment on the bottom of the
printer.
• The following setting should be selected.
1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10 = ON
6 = OFF
