Several options for data presentation are available in the Nuc leoView

NC-

3000™ software. Histograms, Scatter plots etc.

A USB Flash drive supplied with the instrument contains the soft ware,

drivers, instrument specific data etc. On the same USB Flash drive

you can also find the NucleoView NC -

3000™ User’s Guide. Run the

file “Install Guide” and follow the directions in the Software User’s

Guide. Once the program is installed you can open the Software
User’s Guide from the help menu.

o Any liquid that enters the interior of the NucleoCounter

can damage the optical parts and thus compromise the quality of the
analyses.

o In case the contamination is on the Cassette or on an NC-slide it will

not be visible when a new Cassette is analyzed.

o The presence of a contaminant (e.g. dust particles) will normally not

influence the analyzing of cells. The NucleoCounter

®

NC-

3000™ will

distinguish between cells and contaminants, since a cell generally is
significantly smaller than contaminants .

o Under certain conditions the NucleoCounter® NC-

3000™ will display

warning or error messages during operation. Corrective actions are
suggested below, but if they do not correct the issues, contact
ChemoMetec A/S or the local representative.

3000™ does not turn on after replacement

of the fuse, or if the fuse was not broken, please contact
