Open the event, either from the BlackBerry Calendar app or from the event reminder.

In the dialog box, move the slider to indicate how late you will be.

Tap Email All Participants or Email Organizer.

Share a file with meeting participants

You can use email to share the files on your BlackBerry device with other meeting participants.

1.

Touch and hold a file.

2.

Tap

> Meeting Participants.

3.

Tap a meeting.

4.

On the Compose screen, type a message.

5.

Tap Send.

Customizing Calendar app settings

You can customize your calendar settings to help you manage your schedule as productively as possible.

Change your default calendar

When you add an event to your calendar or send a meeting invitation, your device adds the event to your default calendar.

1.

On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.

Tap

Settings > Accounts.

To change the default calendar that you add events to and send meeting invitations from, in the Calendar drop-down

list, tap a calendar.

Enable Meeting Mode

When you turn on Meeting Mode, your phone notifications are automatically silenced during the meetings you have
scheduled in the Calendar app. When meetings end, your notifications automatically return to your normal settings.
Note: Meeting Mode only silences phone notifications during meetings that are accepted. Notifications are not silenced
during meetings that are free or tentatively accepted.

In the Calendar app, swipe down from the top of the screen.

Tap

> Meeting Mode.

3.

Turn on the Meeting Mode switch.
