5.4 Reviewing Records
The operator may review individual record data by search, or by scrolling
through all part numbers as described below.
1. Press ‘SHIFT’ key followed by ‘R’ to enter record review mode. The
XC880A prompts to search for a specific part.
a. Pressing ‘1’ or ‘Y’ will cause the scale to prompt the operator for a
part number to review. If found, the part number is displayed. The
Operator may now scroll through the stored data for the part
number using the ‘ENTER’ key, but no changes can be made to
the record.
b. If the ‘0’ or ‘N’ key is pressed, the XC880A will display the first
record found. At this time, all parts can be scrolled through using
the ‘ENTER’ key. When desired part number is displayed, the
operator may press ‘SCALE SELECT’ and then the ENTER key to
view the data for that number. When all data for current part has
been displayed, the sale will exit the Review mode and return to
the previous mode.
5.5 Printing Files
The Inventory files and Transaction files may be printed or saved to a PC
the printer or PC must be connected to COM 0.
1. Press the ‘SHIFT’ key followed by the ‘PRINT’ key the XC880A will
prompt to print a report, enter ‘1’ for yes.
a. Choose which file to print out (I)nventory or (T)ransaction.
b. Select delimiter by using the 'SCALE SELECT' key either tab or
comma delimited. and press 'ENTER'.
2. Transaction files can be deleted after transfer.
a. Enter '1' for yes or '2' for no.
