7.5 Supplier/Ship To
Follow the steps below to setup the supplier (FROM) and SHIP TO fields
when printing labels.
1. Press SHIFT – ‘L’. The XC880A prompts to “SET
SUPPLIER?” Press ‘1’ or ‘Y’ and the scale prompts the
operator for data to be printed as the FROM: field on shipping
labels. Press ‘0’ or ‘N’ to leave supplier as is. The XC880A
will now prompt to “CLEAR SUPPLIER?” press ‘1’ or ‘Y’ to
clear the supplier data and proceed to step 2.
2. The XC880A prompts to “SET SHIP TO?” Press ‘1’ or ‘Y’ to
set the plant data to be used as the SHIP TO: field on certain
labels.
a. The operator is first prompted “FROM MEMORY?”
Press ‘1’ to add info from memory. Enter the plant code.
If the code was found in memory, the data stored under it
will become the text used in the SHIP TO: field of all
labels printed. Note: Until changed, the ship to
information on each label will contain the name and
address of the plant selected.
b. If ‘0’ was pressed in step 2a or the plant code was not
found in memory, the XC880A prompts the operator to
enter plant code, plant name and plant address manually.
c. If ‘0’ was pressed in step 2b, the XC880A prompts to
“CLEAR DATA?” Select YES to clear the Ship To data,
or NO to leave as is.
