5. FILE LISTING

This function aiiows you to print a iist of stored fiies.

® The LCD must be cieared to activate this function, and it

cannot be activated in the STORE mode.

1)

Hold down the Code Key and press the "8” Key.

®

“00 FILES” is printed if there are no files in the memory.

2) The type of file, file name and the first 40 characters in

the file are printed in a certain format from position 10 on
the margin scale (in 10 pitch), regardless of the present

margin settings. The number of characters remaining (a­
vailable) in the memory ancf number of files already in
memory are printed at the end of this list.

the

Return

Key.

“PAUSE PRESS «-I ” appears on the LCD. Restart printing
by pressing the Return Key again.

® Press the Space Bar to terminate this function after it has

been activated.

6. AVAILABLE MEMORY CAPACITY

This function allows you to see exactly how much memory

is still available; ■

® The LCD must be cleared to activate this function, and it

cannot be activated in the STORE mode.

Hold down the Code Key and press the “9” Key.

2)

The amount of memory available is automatically dis­

played on the LCD.

3)

Press the Return Key to terminate this function.
