Some vital signs monitors will filter and average the SpO
2
value, and there may be a several second
delay before the reading changes to indicator movements. Repeat for all calibration points. Once
completed, the calibration data will automatically be stored and retrieved on the VitalsBridge.
Unused custom calibrations may be removed by highlighting the desired calibration to remove and
clicking the remove button.
Enabling CO
2
Simulation
Capnography requires use of a pump internal to the VitalsBridge. The pump is active during
capnography simulation. Because the pump consumes additional power and adds a moderate level of
noise, CO
2
may be disabled. In the VitalsBridge software uncheck the CO
2
option. Note, CO
2
is
unchecked by default.
