When entering diameters, use the diameters of the surface along whose intersection the cut has
been made. Usually they will be the inside diameter of the pipe being cut, and the outside diam-
eter of the pipe it fits on. This will also allow for any bevel, if necessary.

In TYPE 4, cutback refers to the distance on the centerline when making two cuts opposed to
each other, for the middle piece of an elbow. If only one cut is to be made, enter 0 or just press for
cutback.

NOTE: If the red Stop button is pushed, the machine will be in the pause mode, and

cannot be programmed. Push the Reset button to get back to the ready mode
for programming.

Program Memory:

The SE-4PTD has memory storage for 100 cuts. These are numbered Cut No. 0-99. to switch to
a different Cut No. push “C” on the keypad and enter the number. Cut data is retained until pro-
grammed.
