House Number* – address number of the Calling Number building, 10 characters

max. (some telephone companies may only support 8 characters).

Prefix Directional – leading street direction prefix: N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, or SW.

Street Name* – service address of the Calling Number.

Street Suffix – street abbreviation, as defined by the U. S. Postal Service Publication

PDF files stored in the E911 Response Server 9145 can be selected from a dropdown list.

To send a new PDF file to the 9145, Click Upload..., then select a file from your PC or

network.

Location Tab – PDF file to be displayed in Tab 1 of the call alert popup.

Event Info Tab – PDF file to be displayed in Tab 2 of the call alert popup.

Tab 5 – PDF file to be displayed in Tab 5 of the call alert popup.

Tab 6 – PDF file to be displayed in Tab 6 of the call alert popup.
