The 9145 is receiving an Alarm Indication
Signal (AIS), also known as a Blue Alarm.
Solid Red Not Functioning
No ISDN-PRI digital signal is being detected,
Loss of Signal (LOS).
OFF Not Functioning Power not applied, system not functioning.
