4. Conferences
(Only available in full license version)
The conference system can be accessed by dialling “10000” and pressing the
number of the conference “room” that you wish to join on the phone keypad. You will
be prompted for a conference PIN number. This may be either the conference
administrator PIN or the conference user PIN. A conference administrator can
control other users of the conference “room”.
The conference webpage provides an alternative method for controlling participants
in a conference. In this page you can view who is presently in a conference and you
have the option to mute or eject users if required.
