 For DVDs, enter the desired chapter (CH) in the same way.
 After input, the cursor will jump to the next program preset.
 Enter as many additional program presets as you like. To enter another 10 program presets,

move the cursor to the 

I symbol on the lower menu edge and confirm by pressing ENTER.

 Pressing "EXIT" on the lower menu edge cancels the programming function. Any settings made

will not be saved.

Starting a programmed playback sequence
 Once a program preset has been input, the entry "PLAY" appears on the lower right-hand edge

of the menu.

 Navigate to the "PLAY" entry using the  buttons and press ENTER. The previously

programmed playback sequence will start. During playback "PROGRAM" is shown

continuously on the screen. The PROGRAM button shows the list again.

 During playback, pressing the STOP button a second time deletes the playback sequence and

stops the CD/DVD.

Once the programmed playback ends, the DVD player (A) goes into Standby mode. The previously

programmed list will not be saved.

AUDIO button (audio setting)
 Repeatedly pressing the AUDIO button during DVD playback allows you to select additional

playback languages available on the DVD. The switch is immediate and does not need to be

confirmed. Please note that this function is not available for all DVDs.

 Repeatedly pressing the AUDIO button during audio CD playback allows you to select

various audio settings:

LEFT MONO > RIGHT MONO > MIX-MONO > STEREO

The switch is immediate and does not need to be confirmed.

SUBTITLE button (select subtitle language)
 Repeatedly pressing the SUBTITLE button during playback allows you to select a different

subtitle language. This requires subtitles to be available on the DVD. The switch is immediate

and does not need to be confirmed.

TITLE and MENU/PBC buttons (show DVD menu)

Show the menus stored on your DVD using the TITLE and MENU buttons. Please note which menu

is displayed with which button depends on the DVD.

 Pressing the MENU button usually takes you to the main menu.
 Pressing the TITLE button usually takes you to the title menu.
