Setting Up Your Network Printer

Note

If you are on a network that uses TCP/IP, you must
configure the print server with an IP address and
other TCP/IP parameters as required. Check with
your network administrator for a valid IP address
and other required parameters.

The HP JetDirect CD-ROM contains software to quickly set up your
printer for the network environments summarized below.

See Chapter 4 in this guide for other available HP solutions.

For additional printer setup options and more information, see the HP

included on the HP JetDirect CD-ROM.

printer on the server so that it’s
