5. Insert the Card and Connect the Network Cables.
Note Some printers have multiple EIO (Enhanced I/O)
slots. You can install the HP JetDirect card into any
EIO slot.
For HP J3111A, you can use the LocalTalk port and
only one Ethernet port: RJ-45 or BNC.
For HP J3112A, you can use only one Token Ring
port: RJ-45 or DB 9.
Connect network
cables.
Insert card into any
EIO slot.
