CHAPTER 1: SERVICE PROCEDURES
1.1 General
Before performing any maintenance on your Frymaster fryer, you must disconnect the electrical
power supply.
When electrical wires are disconnected, it is recommended that they be marked in such a way as to
facilitate re-assembly.
1.2 Replace Computer/Controller
1. Unscrew and remove two control panel
screws.
2. Control panel is hinged at the bottom and will
swing open from the top.
3. Unplug wiring harness at plug on back of
controller.
4. Control panel including controller can be
removed by lifting the assembly from the
hinged slots in the control panel frame.
5. Reverse procedures to install new controller.
