Power cord is not plugged in or circuit

breaker is tripped.

A.

Verify that the power cord is fully

plugged in and the circuit breaker is
not tripped.

B.

Pump motor has overheated causing

the thermal overload switch to trip.

B.

If the motor is too hot to touch for

more than a few seconds, the
thermal overload switch has
probably tripped. Allow the motor
to cool at least 45 minutes then press
the Pump Reset Switch.

Filter pump won't start

or pump stops during

filtering.

C.

Blockage in filter pump.

C.

Call 1-800-551-8633 for
assistance.

Drain valve or return

valve stays open.

A.

AIF board has failed.

B. Actuator has failed.

Call 1-800-551-8633 for assistance.

M2007 display shows

Filter pan is not fully set into fryer.

Check that MIB board is not in manual

mode.

Check to see that the MIB cover is not

damaged and depressing the buttons.

AIF is set to enabled, blue light

Ensure MIB board is in “A”

automatic mode. Press the reset
button.

Remove and replace cover and see

if filtration will start.

assistance.

Set AIF in Level 1 to disabled.

Fryer filters after each

cook cycle.

Filter after setting incorrect or software

update issue.

Change or overwrite the filter after

setting by re-entering the filter after
value in level two. Ensure that the
down arrow is pressed after entering
the value to save the setting (see
section 4.13.5 on page 4-36).
