(Manual Filter) won’t

start.

Temperature too low.

Ensure fryer is at setpoint before starting
MAINT FILTER.

M2007 display shows

filter busy.

Another filtration cycle is still in process.

A.

Wait until the previous filtration

cycle ends to start another filtration
cycle.

B.

A computer has an error. Using the

filter menu, try to perform a FILL
POT FROM DRAIN PAN on each
vat (see section 4.11.3 page 4-22).
Only computers with errors can
perform this function with a filter
busy error. Computer should clear
and return to normal operation once
complete.


7.2.4 Auto Top-Off Problems

Oil is too cold.

M2007 not readdressed after ATO

power lost.

Fryer temperature must be at

setpoint.

Ensure that the oil in the JIB is

above 70°F (21°C).

Switch all M2007 computers off and

then on again to readdress system.

Fryer tops off cold. Incorrect setpoint.

Ensure setpoint is correct.

One vat doesn’t top off.

Filter error exists.

Solenoid, pump, RTD or ATO issue.

A.

Clear filter error properly. When

change filter pad YES/NO is
displayed, do NOT press any button
until the pan has been removed for at
least two minutes. After two
minutes have elapsed, press YES.
Display returns to normal cook
mode. Filter error cleared, low vat
should begin to top off. If problem
persists c
