“Extended Functions” Tab
You can specify settings related to the extended functions of the printer.
Item Description
User Information Displays the name of the user that is currently logged in.
To change the user, click [Select User], and change the user in the “User
Authentication” dialog box.
To cancel a user, click [Cancel Selection], and select the user to cancel in
the “User Authentication” dialog box.
Note
User registration is required to notify of the print results using
InfoMonitor.
Security * Select “On” to execute security printing.

Printing
Documents Securely ”. (See page 6-22.)
