The procedure here is described using the screens for OS X 10.3.
Select “Applications” from the “Go” menu.

The “Applications” screen is displayed.
Click “Utilities”.

Double-click the “Printer Setup Utility” (“Print Center” for OS X 10.2).

The “Printer List” screen is displayed.
Select a printer to share in the printer list.
