Auto Start Setup

This item lets you enable or disable automatic Time
Lapse Recording, when the Disc Recorder’s power is
turned on.

1. Move the cursor to the AUTO START parameter in

the TIME LAPSE menu by pressing the

or

button.

2. Select either ON or OFF by pressing the

or

button.

ON:

Enables automatic Time Lapse Recording auto-

matically.

Note:

This mode is valid only when START UP

STATUS in the SYSTEM menu is set to MAN-
UAL.

OFF:

Disables automatic Time Lapse Recording.

T/L PROG. TIMER:

Enables Time Lapse Program

Timer recording.

Note:

T/L PROG.TIMER mode is available only

when the PROGRAM TIMER parameter in
the ALARM RECORD menu is set to OFF.

The default setting is OFF.

3. If you select T/L PROG.TIMER in step 2 above, you

need to make some settings in the associated sub-
menu.
Refer to Time Lapse Program Timer Setup on page
25 for details.

3. Manual Time Lapse Alarm Recording

Menu

This menu lets you set the parameters for Manual Time
Lapse Recording in response to an alarm input.

1. Move the cursor to the MANUAL REC ALARM para-

meter in the TIME LAPSE menu by pressing the
or button.

2. Select ON by pressing the

or

button, then

press the

SET

button. The MANUAL REC ALARM

menu shown below appears.

• Post Recording Pattern

This item is available only if the CAMERA INPUT
parameter in the VIDEO INPUT menu is set to A+B
(CAMERA ID OFF).
It lets you select recording of pre and post-frames
from input A and/or B when there is sensor input
from the SENSOR IN terminal.

1. Move the cursor to the POST REC PATTERN

parameter in the TIME LAPSE menu by pressing
the or button.

2. Select the desired recording input for post

frames by pressing the

or

button.

AA:

Records input A for post-frames.

BB:

Records input B for post-frames.

AB:

Records input A and B for post-frames.

Manual Time Lapse Alarm Recording Setup

This item lets you enable or disable Manual Time Lapse
Recording in response to an alarm input.

1. Move the cursor to the MANUAL REC ALARM para-

meter in the TIME LAPSE menu by pressing the
or button.

2. Select either ON or OFF by pressing the

or

button.

ON:

Enables Time Lapse Alarm Recording.

OFF:

Disables Time Lapse Alarm Recording.

The default setting is OFF.

3. If you select ON mode in step 2, you need to make

settings in the associated submenus.
Refer to the Manual Time Lapse Alarm Recording
menu on page 24 for details.

Record Partition Setup

This item lets you specify the minimum number of
record partitions for the case that the entire disc space
is used up in Time Lapse Recording.
This function is designed to make it easier to search for
recorded pictures.

1. Move the cursor to the RECORD PARTITION para-

meter in the TIME LAPSE menu by pressing the
or button.

2. Select the from 20 to 150 shots by pressing the

or button.

The default setting is 80.
