This file is updated each time your exercise is recorded to file.
1. In the Time of day display scroll up or down until FILE is displayed.
2. Press OK to enter the File mode.
3. Scroll up or down until Records is displayed.
Records file
Deleting a file
1. In the Time of day display scroll up or down until FILE is displayed.
2. Press OK to enter the File mode.
3. Scroll up or down until desired exercise file is displayed. Press and hold
the signal/light button. DELETE FILE and file number are displayed.
4. Press OK. The receiver confirms if you want to delete a file
(Are you sure).
5. Press OK to delete the selected file.
6. Press stop to exit the file. Wait appears. The receiver rearranges your
file, which takes few seconds.
7. Repress stop to return to the Time of day display.
Deleting all files
1. In the Time of day display scroll up or down until FILE is displayed.
2. Press and hold the signal/light button. DELETE FILES is displayed.
3. Press OK. The receiver confirms if you want to delete all files
(Are you sure).
4. Press OK to delete all exercise files.
5. Press stop to return to the Time of day display.
