Heart Rate Analysis
Every time you complete a program using the touch-
sensitive grips, your average heart rate appears along with
your workout summary statistics.
The heart rate analysis is based on how often your heart
rate signal is received while exercising. If you hold on to
the touch-sensitive grips, the average heart rate will be
more accurate than if you occasionally grasp them.
