Connection was closed but data is not lost and application is still running at server side. Please connect terminal server later.
This message appears when the connection stops due to problems or
abnormality occurs in the host PC or network equipment. Check the
Host PC or the network equipment when this message appears and
restart after turning off the power the host PC and PC Expanion.
Check Point :
Check if the host computer is overloaded.
Check if the network traffic is overloaded.
Check if the communication is not normal due to unstable power
supply to the network equipment.
Check if it occurs when you use a specific program.
Check if it occurs when you use a specific file.
Authorization warning
When two PC Expanions use the same serial number simultaneously,
this error message appears. The serial number embedded in the
product does not reproduce this message.
Check Point :
Check all serial numbers in the NCT-2000-XP program console.
Troubleshooting about an error message that
appears on the Host PC
Multi user Error
Microsoft is distributing Windows updates. Some security updates
may conflict with NCT-2000-XP. A conflict may display an error
message or disable a PC Expanion. If this happens, a new version
will be distributed within a week. Therefore, please do not install
Windows updates immediately after their release. If a problem with
a Windows update is reported, detailed information will appear on
our website for your reference.
