Simultaneous Storage and Sending by E-mail
This section explains how to store a file and simultaneously send it by e-mail.
A
Press [Store File].
B
Make sure [Send & Store] is selected.
C
If necessary, specify file data, such as [User Name], [File Name], and [Password].
For details, see "Specifying File Information for a Store File".
D
Press [OK].
E
Specify the setting for sending the file by e-mail, and then send the file.
For details about sending a file by e-mail, see "Basic Operation for Sending
Scan Files by E-mail".
Note
❒ If you simultaneously store scan files and send them by e-mail, the files
cannot be retransmitted from the E-mail screen. To retransmit the files, se-
lect the file on the screen for selecting stored files, and then send them. For
details, see "Sending a Stored File".
