❖ Dropout Colour Settings
Specify which colour you do not want to have scanned from the original. The
specified colour is omitted according to the predetermined range, and then
the originals are scanned.
To enable the specified [Dropout Colour Settings] setting, under Scanner Fea-
tures, [Original Type Setting], set Type 3 (B&W) or Type 4 (B&W) to [Text].
• None
• Red
• Green
• Blue
• Chromatic colour
If you select an item other than [None], specify the level for the selected color
within a range of 1 to 5 by pressing {W} or {V}.
