4 Lead a new trailing edge of tape between the rollers and knives.
No reinforcement strips on the output without an error message
This error occurs when there are no reinforcement strips on the output although
reinforcement is selected. This can happen when the file header (Remote
Control Format or Océ Job Ticket) contains instructions to have no
reinforcement.
If you want to process A4 formats, reinforcement can be disabled for this
format. For more information refer to ‘Reinforce A4’ on page 183
.

1 Put the printer off line by pressing the on line button on the operating panel.
2 Open the side door of the reinforcement unit.
3 Check if there are loose reinforcement strips in the unit with the protection
sheet still on (see situation B in figure 190).
