Clean appliance, including firepot, heat
exchangers and venting system. Remove
stainless steel baffle from firebox to clean
ash from on top of baffle. Clean behind rear
brick panels. Change fuel brand to pre-
mium.
Check that firepot clean-out plate is fully
closed.
Reduce feed rate using feed rate adjustment
control rod located inside hopper.
Nuisance shutdowns. Low flame.
Sawdust buildup in hopper.
Feed motor is reversing.
Defective thermocouple.
Defective control box.
Firepot more than 1/2 full
Increase feed by opening feed rate adjust-
ment control rod located inside hopper.
Clean hopper, see page 34.
Check for good connections between feed
motor and wire harness.
Replace thermocouple.
Replace control box.
