number of the uploaded firmware. Pressing the button “Update” will store the new
version and substitute the old one completely.
Warning
This process is not reversible and might take some minutes. Make
sure the B050-000’s power supply will not be interrupted during
the update process, because this may cause an unusable device.
• Thirdly, after the firmware has been stored, the B050-000 will reset automatically.
After about one minute you will be redirected to the Login page and requested to
login once again.
Warning
The three-stage firmware update process and complete consistency
check are making a mistake in updating the firmware almost impossi-
ble. However, only experienced staff members or administrators should
perform a firmware update. Make sure the B050-000’s power supply
will not be interrupted!

This section allows you to reset specific parts of the device. This involves the both
keyboard and mouse, the video engine and the B050-000 itself. Resetting the card
itself is mainly needed to activate a newly updated firmware. It will close all current
