Operating Basics

This chapter gives information on basic operations including using the Touch Pad,
USB diskette drive (optional in some models), optical media drives, audio/video
controls, modem, wireless communication features and LAN. It also provides tips
on caring for your computer, diskettes and CD/DVDs.

Touch Pad

The computer is equipped with a Touch Pad as a pointing device. To use the Touch
Pad, simply touch and move your finger tip across it in the direction you want the
on-screen pointer to go.
