Deletes the specified firewall action. The id is returned from the addfw command and is also listed
in the listallfw command.

vcadd <vpi> <vci> <service> <encaps> -o [-peak <val>] [-avg <val>] [-mbs <val>]
[-cdvt <val>]
Establishes a Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC) with the specified traffic descriptors. The service
specifies the traffic type of the PVC. Permissible values are: cbr, rtvbr, nrtvbr, or ubr. The
adaptation parameter is used to specify the type of ATM adaptation layer for which permissible
values are aal5 for data connections and aal2 for voice connections.
<vpi> <vci> Virtual Path Identifier (VPI) and Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) that identifies this ATM
connection. The vpi is an integer number which can range from 0 to 255. The vci is an integer
number which can range from 0 to 65,535.
<service> The service specifies the kind of traffic shaping. The possible values are cbr, rtvbr,
nrtvbr, or ubr.
