stacking.
2.2.2 Rack-Mounted Installation
2.2.2.1 Rack-mounted Installation Requirements
The IES-612-51A can be mounted on an EIA standard size, 19-inch rack or in a wiring closet
with other equipment. Follow the steps below to mount your IES-612-51A on a standard EIA
rack using a rack-mounting kit.

Make sure the rack will safely support the combined weight of all the
equipment it contains.

Make sure the position of the IES-612-51A does not make the rack unstable or
top-heavy. Take all necessary precautions to anchor the rack securely before
installing the unit.
• Use a #2 Philips screwdriver to install the screws.

for the gauge of wire to use for the frame ground connections.

Failure to use the proper screws may damage the unit.
