Reports
The reports selection allows the user to generate a report and either Preview it on the PC
screen, Export, or print it to the default Windows printer. The available reports include:
• Hours Summary
• Time Cards
• Who's In/Who's Out?
• Time Card Approval
• Employee Profiles
• Rules Setup Report
• Shifts
• Holidays
• Raw Transactions
• Approaching OT
• Daily Totals By Day
• Daily Totals by Employee
Additional Options
Options are available on some of these reports to have them sorted by various fields and to
report on either all of the employees, the employees assigned to a particular shift or individual
employees.
