When a tab is first opened it will be dimmed and only the name
will be displayed. A play-list in this state is “Idle”: although clips
can be added to the play-list, it is not loaded to a channel of XT.
It can therefore not be viewed or replayed but elements can be
added and re-ordered.

Right-clicking on the Channel Name field of the tab opens a
contextual menu showing the XT channels that are available to
the IP Director workstation. Selecting an available channel will
show a dialogue box if the play-list is not on-line on this XT and
ask for confirmation.
Once confirmed the play-list will be allocated to this channel.
The name of the tab will change to show the play-list name and
also include the channel name and its storage location on the XT
server network (XNet).
