RECIPES FOR GLASS TRAY & GRILL

1. Slice the onions, place in a bowl with the

stock, salt and pepper, cook for

3. Cut the toast into cubes and put on top of

the soup and place the cheese on the toast.

1. Grease a gratin dish.
2. Put a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions and

3. Repeat, finishing with a top layer of potato.
4. Mix together cream and eggs, add salt &

pepper. Pour over the potatoes.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
6. Place dish in the glass tray, lower position,
