From the second measurement on, the sigma
sign
∑ appears next to key T1 and Cl for
„clear“ next to key T2.
• After pressing the Cl key, the latest
measured value is deleted.
• Pressing
the
∑ key finishes the mean
value calculation and displays the result.
• Press
the
∑ key to indicate the mean
value over the measurements and the
number of measurements.
• Press the Grf key to display the spectral
reflectance curve.
• Press the DIM key to display the result in
all other colour systems available.
To start the next multimeasurement, press the
× key first and then the ∑ key in the start
menu of colour measurement.
For the next single measurement, press the measure button.
C2.1 Whiteness measurement
With spectro-color
®
you can measure all important whiteness and yellowness values als well
as whiteness-index (Wi), yellowness-index (Yi), whiteness Berger (WB), CIE and TAPPI
(TPI).
Preparing the measurement
• Turn
spectro-color
®
on.
• Select the colour value [Wi Yi W(CIE)] in
the configuration menu / colour
measurement.
• Press
key
C in the main menu to select
colour measurement.
• Press key M to take the mean of several
single measurements.
