6. Install new connector assembly in rear mounting
plate and secure with screw.
7. Reconnect low voltage cable to connector
assembly using a wrench on connector flats to
tighten.
8. Reinstall mounting plate and applicator to robot.
LOW VOLTAGE CABLE
PLUG ASSEMBLY
(REA 9000R)
1. Remove applicator from robot.
2. Thread screws into threaded hole in plug as-
sembly.
3. Pull on screw to remove plug assembly from
P-extension.
4. Insert female end of new plug assembly into
P-extensions. Push plug assembly in until com-
pletely seated.
NOTE
> It does not matter which receptacle of
the plug assembly is connected to which
pin of the P-extension.
5. Reinstall applicator to robot.
