4. Physical Description/Options
The RollSeal-Green RS-300 Door is available
with multiple features and options such as:
• Standard Door Sizes: Refer to Table
1, RS-300 Door Standard
Dimensions.
• Operators: Manual Chain Hoist,
Somfy Tube Motor, or Manaras
Operator
• Left or Right Side Mounting: The
manual or Manaras operators can be
mounted on either the left or right side.
The Somfy is limited to the right side
only. The Operator Mounting Side
must be selected at the time of order.
• Manaras Operator Voltage Selection:
115V, 208V, 230V, and 460V-3ph
• Manaras Operator Options: Receiver
and Transmitters, Loop Detector,
Motion Detector, etc.
• Windows: 44" high by full width of
door panel.
• Screen Door Attachment (Uses
separate Operator & Remote Control)
• Fabric & Fabric Colors: Frost, white,
black, blue, red, tan, green, anti-static,
and insect screen.
• Other accessories can be added such as
a remote IR sensor, photo eye safety
beams, ceiling pull switch, lock-out
switch, other various types of switches,
and door status / movement indicators
such as lights and bells.

Accessories.
