Troubleshooting

If the Illuminating Solar Pest Repeller does not turn on after pressing the Auto switch, please ensure the following;

Make sure the Illuminating Solar Pest Repeller is not being affected by any other light source.

Ensure the Solar Cell located on the top of the unit is not located in the shade during the day.

Check battery is installed correctly.

Ensure switch is in the ‘Auto’ position.

Replacing Batteries

1. Remove the done on the top of the Illuminating Solar Pest Repeller by unclipping it from the

bottom. See Fig 3.

2. Replace battery with one of the same kind and rating (1.2v 800mAH x 1)

Note: For best results batteries should be replaced every 12 months.

Maintenance

Clean Solar Cell on the top of the dome with a damp towel while not applying excessive pressure.

Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents on the solar cell.

Ensuring the lamp is kept clean will optimise performance.
